Refund policy

At Elysian Carpets, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and made to order. As such, all sales are final.

Eligibility for Return or Replacement

Returns or replacements are accepted only in the rare instance of a verified manufacturing defect.

Please note that natural variations in color, texture, weave, size (±1–2 cm), or design are inherent to handcrafted carpets and are not considered defects. These nuances are a testament to the authenticity and artisanal nature of each piece.

Exclusions

We are unable to accept returns or replacements for:

  • Damage caused during use

  • Improper handling or storage

  • Incorrect or harsh cleaning methods

  • Normal wear and tear over time

Reporting a Defect

To initiate a defect claim, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs or videos that accurately showcase the issue at elysiancarpets01@gmail.com

Claims submitted beyond this timeframe or without adequate visual evidence may not be eligible for review.

Resolution

Once the claim is carefully reviewed and approved, we will offer either:

  • A replacement, or

  • Store credit,

depending on product availability.
